I got an EASY button tonight!

I can't stop laughing about it. I was at a training session tonight for Juice Plus where we talking about new research and shared stories of how it's helped us. The EASY button was a door prize and I got it. Woohooo!! It's from Staples I believe and when I press it, a voice says "That was easy". Bwhahahahahahaha

As you know, I always call Juice Plus "my easy button". Thank God for something easy in this life of hard... and I do thank God for my JP. And now I can thank Him for my easy button too. :) This has made my whole night! lol

Now I absolutely HAVE to find a purse so I can carry this little baby around!

That was easy. :D

A few of my favorite things

Recovering children from autism, or recovering anyone from ANY health issue, is not easy. It just isn't. So I've linked you to a few things I found that made life easier. Hopefully you will find them helpful as well.

It is my experience that food is at the base of any health recovery option. Everything you put in your mouth either fuels your health or your illness. While there are many dietary options in recovery land, one thing remains the same in all of them. Eat more fruits and veggies. One of the ways I accomplish this is to use Juice Plus to fill in the gaps of what is on our table. The results of what this does in your body are here.

As we have traveled this journey, I also learned that chemicals we use in the house can be hazardous to our immune system. So I found a company that makes it possible to clean simply with water. Their cloth is so finely woven, that it picks up bacteria and protein, trapping them in the cloth until you wash them! Plus the cloths have silver in the strands so while it's drying, it actually kills any pathogens trapped in the cloth. It has never been so easy to clean my house! The kids can help because after all, it's just water. :) No smells to bother those with chemical sensitivities, and no nasty chemicals to harm our brains and bodies. Norwex is an amazing product that I encourage you to try as you reduce the body's toxic load. Another favorite thing I use is essential oils. Those are quite popular, right? Oils are very healing if used correctly. There are a couple of really good oil companies out there and this is the one I use. Again, I don't have a public website to order from yet but I can have them drop-shipped to you if you desire.
